Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born and raised in Canada. She is best known to Canadians because of her character as an Canadian actor on the Freeform fantasy show Shadowhunters. She also appeared in Venevision telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea to whom you are enamores. Also, she is a skilled model and dancer. She is a Montreal resident, she was born and raised up in Texas and was always attracted to dancing. In her early years she started to train in various forms of dance. When she was 15 years old, she entered beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame after, in 2008 she was a contestant in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty contest. In a Telemundo episode, Telenovela Aurora In the episode, she portrayed the role of a receptionist. In 2015, she appeared in her first feature film, the action-drama Tattooed Love.
