Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson, the Chillicothe ironworker on February 20, 1937. The mother of her child, Lillian Ryan worked as a household servant. Nancy was the eldest out of six kids. Nancy was inspired by her father's musical tastes and the records that were played in her family home. When she was just 4years old, Nancy was aware she would be a singer. The talent she had developed was discovered through singing in the church choir. Following her win in a talent show on television when she was 15 years old, she began to regularly appear in Skyline Melodies, while still in highschool. When she was 15years old, Nancy started her professional career at nightclubs. Nancy graduated high school at the age of 17 and then attended Ohio's Central State College, now Central State University for a entire year. Then she dropped out to pursue a career as professional musician. The first time she recorded was with Rusty Bryants Carolyn Club Big Band, with whom she performed from 1956 until 1958. Nancy made her debut record on Dot Records while in the band. Cannonball Aderley suggested she make the move in New York so as to increase her chances of success. In 1959 she moved to The Big Town. In just a few months, she was offered a job singing in The Blue Morocco Night Club located on Boston Road in The Bronx which was where her agent was introduced to her voice and agreed to sign her. The contract was signed signing her with Capitol records in 1960 and she debuted the following year by releasing the single. Guess who I saw today. Capitol published five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. Following the influence of Adderley, Nancy Wilson shifted her focus from R&B to jazz. Nancy Wilson, Cannonball Adderley as well as their 1962 partnership helped her reach the top. Her breakthrough song Tell Me the Truth by 1963. This brought her a gig in New York's Coconut Grove the premier night club in America in the year following and she became a star.

She graduated from Archaeology as well as Anthropology. Maisie started her acting career in the year 2012 with Our First World. In 2013, she portrayed Ellie in a movie called Americano and Rum. In 2013, she appeared in the film as Korr Sella as Korr Sella in Short Wars: Forces Awakening in 2015. In 2016, she was a part of Netflix's Original Film The Kissing Booth Season 2 as Chloe Winthrop.
